Shipping within the United States is a flat rate of $9; however, shipping is free on orders of $100 or more.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

[1] If the product is damaged during shipping, incorrect, or incomplete due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer an exchange, return, or refund.

[2] If the customer ordered the wrong item and it is unused and unopened, we will accept returns or exchanges with shipping costs borne by the customer (both ways).

[3] If the item has been used or opened and differs from the customer’s expectations, we will refund 50% of the product price.

[4] In cases such as product tampering, theft, intentional damage by third parties, or unidentified issues (not clearly attributable to either the customer or us), we will do our best to address the issue. However, we may not be able to provide an exchange, return, or refund. This is because we cannot take responsibility for product management after delivery. If the cause cannot be clearly identified—whether it was a manufacturer defect, an issue in our process, shipping damage, or customer handling—this policy will apply.

For all cases [1] through [4], we will accept requests for return, exchange, or refund only if we are contacted by email or phone within 30 days of product delivery.

Order Quantity

There is no general purchase limit. However, if your order exceeds available inventory, we will contact you via email or phone.

Some products may have a maximum purchase limit.

Delivery Time

We aim to ship within 1 to 3 business days after confirming your payment.

Your order will be delivered within 2–3 business days after shipment.

Please note: Delivery may be delayed due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Return Period

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product.

Returns or exchanges requested after this period may not be accepted.

For returns or exchanges due to customer preferences, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

For returns or exchanges due to our error, we will cover all associated shipping costs.
