Since the COVID-19 pandemic, all beans have been standardized to the “Prime” grade. However, thanks to careful cultivation practices, rich volcanic soil, and proactive pest control, we continue to offer only the highest-quality selections.
Known for its bright acidity and smooth, mellow flavor, this coffee is officially labeled as a City Roast, though the actual roast level is finely tuned to fall between a Medium and City Roast to best enhance its characteristics.
