This is our original health-focused coffee blend, infused with proanthocyanidins—a powerful polyphenol often referred to as the “king of polyphenols” and even used in pharmaceuticals.
Proanthocyanidins are known for having the strongest antioxidant properties among all polyphenols, and their extraction involves patented technology. To our knowledge, this is the first time such an ingredient has ever been incorporated into coffee—not only in Hawaii, but anywhere in the world.
Because proanthocyanidins can have a bitter, medicinal taste, we use low-bitterness beans and roast them to a flavorful medium roast. The result is a coffee that’s both delicious enough for daily enjoyment and thoughtfully crafted to support your health.
