In addition to using the highest-grade beans carefully selected from regions across the globe, we use a “Natural Enhance” process at the green bean stage to amplify umami, sweetness, and aroma while suppressing bitterness and acidity.
The roast level is adjusted to a slightly dark medium roast to best highlight the flavor and aroma according to the blend.
The blend also focuses on the golden ratio, resulting in a taste that fuses Hawaiian essence with high-end quality.
